Day One: Welcome to Newcrest

Welcome to Newcrest. I'm your Relater and contractor Samantha Newcrest. My Grandfather, bless his soul, bought this land when he first came to this country. Unfortunately, my family has gone through some tough times and he was unable to build on this land. When he passed my Grandfather trusted me with Newcrest. He then told me to build my very own legacy and help make our family name known again.

A month has passed since I released my grandfather’s soul, and I decided it was time to build. For my first project I decided to build a cute little Starter Home. This home features a spacious kitchen and living room, large backyard, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Basic furniture was included to help new families start their life here in Newcrest. Property traits include Homey,  Child’s Play, and Good Schools. Property value was recently assessed at $18,338 Simoleans.
